Next week is a busy time as there are three meetings connected to the club:

Tuesday

Venue: Treleigh Church Hall 7.30 pm audio visual group.  Talk on sound and a viewing of members three minute shows.  Anyone welcome, just the usual £1.50.

Wednesday

CRCC plays St. Ives and Wadebridge in an inter club at Wadebridge headquarters at 7.30 pm.  Everyone welcome to go.  If you need directions please contact Reg.

Thursday

Usual meeting at Treleigh at 1930.  Bring camera, tripod etc this is a practical evening so if you have something you think would make a good subject bring it along.  There will be advice on camera settings if you need it.  Reg will give a short demonstration on how the window mount is cut.

The Field Trip Competition will be held on 4th December, entries for this competition need to be handed in the week prior, 27th November. Below is an updated list of the Summer Programme field trips, if anyone knows of a trip which is missing then please contact the webmaster via the contact form on this website.

Only new work will be eligible for this competition, i.e. work that hasn’t been entered in the two previous Open competitions.  New members can enter images of Cornwall.

Going Digital, a well-established company offering one day photography workshops throughout the country has reached the Southwest, and will be offering introductory courses from this summer, initially at both Cotehele House and The Lost Gardens of Heligan. This might be of interest to some of our less experienced members.

Details are at Photography Courses in Cornwall. Members who wish to sign up can get a 10% discount if they pay by cheque, and state they are CRCC members.
