Camborne & Redruth Camera Club (CRCC) Friday 19th March 2010
Reg Poad (Chairman) thanked everyone who had helped to make it yet another successful evening. The next Portrait and Table top evening will take place on Thursday 29 April.
Adrian said in his opening remarks that he really liked the way that the work entered by the members of C-RCC always pushed the judge particularly with the treatment of some of the more creative entries. During his judgement Adrian Rowlands talked about each image in considerable detail and gave helpful suggestions regarding composition, better control of the depth of field in a picture and with some of the bird pictures he felt that sharpness was a priority to bring out the quality of the feathers and in particular the eyes. All in all he thought the overall quality of the work was extremely high but in the end the results reflected his personal views. Results:Intermediate Monochrome Prints1. Kevin Leah ‘Portrait’
